What it is
Leadership Cartography™ maps leadership identity through five distinct pathways. Each pathway has its own terrain, its own friction points, and its own way of moving through organizations. Your job as a practitioner is to help your clients read where they are and orient toward where they want to go.
How it works in practice
Your clients do not take an assessment and file the results. They walk a pathway with you. You guide them through terrain they have been navigating without a map. The tools exist to structure that conversation, not to replace it.
